Neither fee includes dealing with children or financial issues, or Court fees which are payable, however full or partial remission of court fees may be available depending on your circumstances. Evidence of means is required. We will be happy to assist you in all other matters and an estimate of costs can be provided on application.

Education Law and Admission Appeals
Derek is an independent member of a School Appeals Panel. He has great experience of admission and exclusion appeals and can assist clients by offering fixed price advice on presenting cases in writing and at the panel hearing.
