Derek Holland – Senior Partner
Derek graduated from Warwick University in 1980. He joined Hunt & Hunt in 1987, becoming a partner in 1990. He is head of the Litigation and Conveyancing departments. He deals with commercial and residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant, property disputes, family cases, partnerships, commercial, and professional negligence claims.
Derek is the Senior Responsible Officer for the firm’s accreditation to the Law Society Quality Conveyancing Scheme (CQS).
Gary Marsh – Solicitor
Gary graduated from the University of Essex completing his further qualifications at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford. Gary has been with the firm since 2010 undertaking his training contract with Hunt and Hunt before being admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2012. Gary undertakes both conveyancing and probate work and will be able to discuss with you any inheritance or property trust questions which you may have during the course of your transaction.
Julie Rolph – Conveyancing Assistant
Julie has been with Hunt and Hunt since 2016 having previously worked at a number of law firms across Romford and the wider Essex area for the last 35 years. Julie is able to advise you on many residential conveyancing matters including the sale of your freehold/leasehold property, purchase of your freehold/leasehold property and a re-mortgage of your property.
Gary Scott – Senior Conveyancing Executive
Having retired from a long career in the Financial Markets, Gary moved into Law in 2014 where he has worked in the field of conveyancing working on both residential and commercial matters. Gary can advise on Commercial Property issues as well as Residential matters. He is very experienced at dealing with lease extensions and other leasehold issues.
Pam Yates – Senior Conveyancing Secretary
Pam supports all our Conveyancers and has been with the firm since 2003 having worked in the legal sector for over 35 years, in addition she manages the provision of our online search systems and electronic registration with the Land Registry.
