Derek Holland – Senior Partner
Derek graduated from Warwick University in 1980. He joined Hunt & Hunt in 1987, becoming a partner in 1990. He is head of the Litigation and Conveyancing departments. He deals with commercial and residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant, property disputes, family cases, partnerships, commercial, and professional negligence claims.
Derek is the Senior Responsible Officer for the firm’s accreditation to the Law Society Quality Conveyancing Scheme (CQS).
Sarah Mirza – Conveyancer
Sarah graduated from the University of Westminster and has been working as a Conveyancer since 2015. Sarah completed the Level 6 Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and continues to work towards her qualification in the near future by finalising her training with Hunt and Hunt.
